Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library
The Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library has opened limited library services, starting on Monday, June 17th from 9a.m.-5p.m. The limited services will extend only to the General Reading Room for adult fiction, non-fiction, reference and educational DVD's. Also, the viNGN Public Computer Center (PCC) is available at this location for internet access.
Children and Young Adults may obtain books from the St. Thomas Bookmobile which will be stationed at the front entrance of the library to provide library service to patrons, Monday through Friday.
A Grand Opening is being planned and will be announced to the public in the very near future, along with new library hours!
The Charles Wesley Turnbull Regional Library is located at the northern end of Tutu Park Mall. Public access to the library is through the gated driveway entrance at the northeast corner of the Plaza Extra parking lot. Contact the Charles W. Turnbull Regional Library at (340)774-0630.
TumbleBooks for Kids!!!
FREE online eBOOKS
TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of TumbleBooks animated talking picture books which teach young kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks contain animation, sound, music and narration in existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.
TumbleBookCloud is an online collection of ebooks and read-along chapter books, graphic novels, educational videos, and audio books for middle school and high school students.

The St. Croix African Roots Project (SCARP) launched its new ST. CROIX POPULATION DATABASE 1734-1917. It's a searchable, virtual archive, currently consisting of 1.83 million biographical entries. (ENTER HERE)
